Dubai-owned diversified energy group Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc), participated in Global Entrepolis Singapore Conference (GESC).
It was a leading four-day event aimed at providing a dynamic platform for exchanging technologies, ideas, as well as in building partnerships in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region.
Through a prominent booth at the exhibition, Enoc furthered its commitment to growing its presence in the region. As the first Middle East oil trading company in Singapore, Enoc’s current operations include refined petroleum products and crude trading through Enoc Singapore, refined petroleum products storage through Horizon Singapore Terminals, and the recent introduction of premium motor oils through Enoc Lubricants, said an official spokesman.
Enoc was the Jade sponsor for the gala dinner and the Asian Innovation Awards. Held for the fifth consecutive year, the award ceremony was attended by Singapore ’s minister for education and second minister for finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam.
“Enoc is delighted to sponsor the GES Gala Dinner for the third time in a row. These innovations, like the gold winner’s clever way to wash used water, are significant in today’s technology-driven world. I laud the efforts and achievements of the winners as their work has gone a long way in improving our day-to-day lives,” said Enoc Group CEO Saeed Abdullah Khoory.
This year’s GESC covered subjects such as climate changes, growing interest in clean fuel technologies, alternative energy sources, carbon exchange, as well as trends and developments in China and India |
