Inpex’s Middle East focus includes offshore Dubai and production in Iran . In Brazil the company is in the process of expanding oil production from Albacora and exploring offshore North Campos .

In total, Inpex has interests in 14 countries in partnership with over 30 international companies. The general manager of Inpex’s Corporate Strategy & Planning Unit, Kazuhiko Itano, is the company’s member representative to OGP.
