Technip has appointed Bernard di Tullio as President and Chief Operating Officer.

He joined Technip in 1975 and progressively increased his management responsibilities worldwide.

Also effective 1 October , Technip's operational organisation has evolved to support strategy with the creation of fully accountable geographical business units supported by global product lines.

To enhance the focus on the Subsea business, a global Subsea management team has been created. The Regions, the Product Lines and the global Subsea team report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

“Focused, empowered and accountable, this new organization has ambitious objectives. It will enable Technip to pursue growth, continue to develop its leadership in technologies, know-how and project management and improve operational and financial performance”, stated Technip’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Thierry Pilenko.

With a workforce of 22,000 people, Paris-based Technip ranks among the top five corporations in the field of oil, gas and petrochemical engineering, construction and services.
