CorrOcean wins Middle East contract

Norwegian sub-sea equipment supplier, CorrOcean has secured a $1.1 million (NOK 6.3 million) contract to supply the Roxar Watercut meter to one of the larger oilfield projects in the Middle East .

Roxar is the oil and gas industry's largest provider of subsea instrumentation and is focused on replicating this market leading position topside with its extensive portfolio of topside products.

The announcement was described as an important strategic milestone demonstrating the strength of Roxar's topside portfolio. The Middle East is also a vital strategic market for Roxar with its demand for topside production and process solutions.

The Roxar Watercut meter is a full-bore, in-line field mounted instrument for the accurate measurements of water in oil.
