ESR Technology appoints safety and risk consultant in the UAE

ESR Technology, one of the UK ’s leading engineering, safety and risk consultancies, has appointed a new Senior Safety and Risk Consultant to its team in the United Arab Emirates .
Working from ESR Technology LLC’s Abu Dhabi office, Bharat Gupta will be responsible for the delivery of health, safety and environmental (HSE) consultancy services to clients in the region.
Gupta obtained a first class honours degree in Chemical Engineering from Jaipur University in India before beginning his career in HSE consultancy. Over the past 10 years he has worked extensively on high-level projects within the oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical industries in the Middle East as well as in India and Italy .
Before joining ESR Technology, Gupta worked with Atkins Middle East for three and a half years as a Senior HSE Engineer where his responsibilities included project delivery and the preparation of tenders for numerous high-level HSE projects.
Prior to that he was with Tecnimont ICB working on some of the world’s largest PP (Polypropylene), HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) projects. He has also worked with Alpha Project Services in India as a Safety Process Engineer delivering HSE consultancy services.
