Henderson to oversee PSL's Oman Ops

PSL Energy Services Ltd has appointed Ron Henderson as Operations Manager for Oman .
Based in Muscat , Henderson will lead PSL's expansion in Oman through the implementation of a recently awarded Hydraulic Workover contract with PDO and support the company's objective of establishing PSL as the leading provider of well intervention and process solutions in the Sultanate and neighboring countries.
As a leading well control specialist Henderson has worked on a wide range major intervention projects for international operators in Algeria , Gabon , Columbia , Malaysia , Indonesia and the UK .
Henderson has transferred from PSL's Aberdeen headquarters, where he was project manager on the company's Rack and Pinion development team.
He said: "We were recently awarded our first significant well services contract in Oman by PDO and as Operations Manager I will be responsible for the set up and smooth running of our operations with PDO.
"My objective will be to establish our business within the Sultanate with the aim of becoming the lead provider of our service line range, including HWO, coil tubing, wireline and process work, with PDO as well as other operators in the region."
