New joint oil company

Emirates International Investments, the Al Ain-based company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Premier Oil, a multi national petroleum company to establish a joint oil company based in Abu Dhabi .
The new company aims to explore, develop, and produce oil and gas in the Middle East and Africa region. The agreement was signed by Jaowan Al Khaili for Emirates Investment Company, and Simon Luket, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Oil. |
