Libya holds third bidding round

Libya 's National Oil Company says that the Third Bidding Round by Public Announcement was on December 20 at the Al-Mahari Hotel, Tripoli . The related NOC Organizing & Supervising Committee received offers for investment in 10 areas, from 23 participating companies of 15 nations.
The bidding process will be completed at 5 pm and the winners will be announced. Each company's representative will present his/her company's offer in the presence of the attendees and international and local news correspondents.
This procedure has been adopted by NOC to assure the transparency principles it advocates. |
