ADNOC Distribution cuts diesel prices by 20 fils

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company for Distribution (Adnoc Distribution) announced today that it would slash diesel prices by 20 fils per a gallon. An official source at the company said the decision will be effective from tomorrow Sunday, December 10th, 2006 . The current diesel price of Dhs.8.80 will accordingly go down to 8.60 Dh 8.60. This is the second cutback of diesel price in less than 2 months. The latest ADNOC Distribution cutback initiative is considered as a positive step towards reducing production costs of diesel-driven industries in the UAE and would improve living standards in the UAE.
