Dana Gas, the first regional private sector natural gas resource enterprise established in the Gulf inaugurated its new corporate headquarters in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates .

With a step that is consistent with the firm's growth plans designed to facilitate the company˙s penetration into different areas within the UAE, this recent development follows the rapid progress of their ongoing expansion, increasing business activity and a growing presence throughout the Middle East.

The opening ceremony was conducted by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al-Qassimi, Deputy Chairman of the Sharjah Petroleum Council and attended by members of the Board of Directors, and several company officials.

Rashid Al Jarwan, General Manager of Dana Gas said: ´We are always eager to take advantage of every opportunity that makes us more productive and effective in our business activities. We are sure that the new office will aid us in enhancing Dana Gas˙s presence in the UAE, and the region. As we move ahead with this milestone, we aim to establish ourselves as the market leader within the private sector gas industry.ˇ

He added: "Starting from this year, Dana Gas also intends to open a strong branch office network in every country across the GCC, and other countries where we are developing activities, thereby enabling deeper market penetration, and ensuring better services and response time. This process is being conducted in an effort to facilitate our business development plans and to establish ourselves as the regional partner of choice in the natural gas sector".

´With a strong management team and clear business objectives, we are constantly conducting different studies to analyze market demand based on numerous variables including geographical location and proximity to clients. Our new office which is in fact only a temporary one until we have our new corporate building in Sharjah, is a result of such analysis and we will always strive to be close to our potential customers.ˇ he added.
