Indonesian and Lebanese firms to explore Yemen

PT Medco Energy International has signed a memorandum of with Uni Oil Company of Lebanon to explore for oil and gas in Yemen.
Under the agreement, a consortium of Medco and Uni Oil will soon team-up for oil and gas exploration in Yemen starting in mid-2006. There after, the consortium will begin to explore other countries in the Middle East.
