OHM restructures

Offshore Hydrocarbon Mapping restructures. Board Robert (Bob) Auckland has now taken up his position as Finance Director. Concurrent with his appointment, the Company is progressing with the evolution of its Board, reflecting its development from a University spin out to a significant public company.

Dr Tony Raven, Professor Martin Sinha and David Norwood, who were instrumental in the formation and initial development of the company and key members of the pre IPO board are taking this opportunity to retire.

Professor Sinha will continue to contribute his expertise to the company’s technical advances through the continuation of his consulting contract. OHM’s Chairman, Dr. Pierre Jungels, said: “I would like to express my gratitude for the individual and collective assistance from Martin, Tony and David in building the company into an important provider of valuable services to the oil and gas exploration industry. ‘The new board structure is designed to take OHM forward in these exciting times where we see a growing order book resulting from increased industry recognition of the value of the information provided by our controlled source electromagnetic surveys.” The OHM board now consists of: Dr Pierre Jungels, Non-Executive Chairman; Dave Pratt Chief, Executive Officer; Dr Lucy MacGregor, Chief Scientific Officer; Bob Auckland, Finance Director; Landon Clay, Non-Executive Director; Garry Jones and Keith Lough as Non-Executive Director.
