Weatherford completes pre-commissioning in offshore Libya

Weatherford Libya has completed pre-commissioning work for Saipem Offshore Libya. Work included flooding, cleaning, hydrotesting, dewatering, nitrogen packing and caliper pig inspection of five pipelines.
Weatherford Pipeline and Specialty Services began this contract, worth approximately $4.5 million, in September 2004.
