Mubadala Development Company on Tuesday selected Oger Abu Dhabi LLC for the AED 1.5 billion construction package of UAE University ’s new campus development in the city of Al Ain . Al Hikma Development Company, a subsidiary of Mubadala Development, is mandated to develop and deliver the new campus on a BOOT (Build Own Operate and Transfer) basis.

OMV, leading oil and gas group in Central Europe, started oil production with early production facilities in Block S2 (Al Uqlah) in Yemen on December 21, 2006. Initially, the daily production rate of the first production well Kharwah-1 is approx. 1,000 barrels (bbl). The further development of the oil field, operated by OMV, is carried out in two phases.

Centurion Energy International Inc. said that Shell West Manzala GmbH and Shell West Qantara GmbH (collectively, "Shell") and Centurion have agreed to terminate the West Manzala and West Qantara Farm-in and LNG Co-operation Agreement. Accordingly, Centurion will gain ownership of a 100% working interest in these highly prospective exploration concessions.

DNO ASA said that it has reached an agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) in Northern Iraq that will give the company responsibility for 100% of the funding obligations of the production sharing agreements (PSAs).
