Total signed the final agreement formalizing the acquisition by Total of a 16.7% equity participating interest in the second train of Qatargas II. This agreement follows the signature of sale and purchase agreements under which Total will purchase up to 5.2 million metric tonnes of LNG per year from Qatargas II for a period of 25 years.
